Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A business is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.
2. Contracting party, formation of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with KFZ Teile Thot.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can first add our products to the cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the products contained in the cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
The Standard delivery is free of shipping charges.
For the Express shipping a surcharge of 20 euros applies. Further details on express shipping can be found in the listings.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
You generally have the option of collection from Michael Thot, Bauhofstraße 4, Taufkirchen (Vils), Germany during the business hours stated below: By arrangement
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Cash on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
Credit card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
SEPA direct debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date your account will be debited at least one banking business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking business day is any business day except Saturdays, statutory public holidays applicable nationwide, and 24 and 31 December each year. The account debit takes place before the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, verify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to PayPal customers who are registered and selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of these options; any additional individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information on this can be found in your PayPal account.
6. Warranty and guarantees

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply, and their exact terms, can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can here find. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, we voluntarily grant an extended return policy of a total of 60 days from receipt of the goods.
