60-day return policy
You may return any item purchased from us within 60 days of receipt – without giving reasons. This does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht), which we voluntarily extend to 60 days. The full withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung) can be found in the footer under "Withdrawal Policy".
Requirements
The part is in the condition in which it was delivered – not installed, undamaged by any installation attempt, and with all components included on delivery (connectors, gaskets, keys). We assess installed or modified parts on a case-by-case basis.
How the return works
Write to us at thot.kfzteile@gmail.com with your order number and part number, or use the withdrawal button under "Withdraw from Contract". We will send you the return address.
- Return from Germany: free of charge – we cover the return shipping costs.
- Return from abroad: You bear the cost of return shipping.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Part doesn't fit or is defective?
Call us (0179 8991069, Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm) or write to us – comparing the VIN (chassis number) in advance often clarifies fitment. For refurbished parts, the warranty periods stated on the product page also apply.
