Vehicle system and function
The distributor controls the ignition timing of the six-cylinder and distributes the high voltage to the spark plugs in firing order. Centrifugal advance and vacuum unit adjust the ignition timing depending on engine speed and load; a contactless pickup replaces the breaker points.
Installation location: Inserted on the side of the engine block (shaft with O-ring) and driven via the helical-cut pinion; the ignition timing is set via the flange with slotted hole.
Condition: Used genuine part without distributor cap and without rotor. Housing and vacuum unit painted, light paint chips on the unit. The short green wire has no connector, the rubber grommet at the cable exit is torn. Pinion without visible damage, O-ring present.

- All four-cylinder engines (M102, M115)
- M110 distributors with a different Bosch number
