Used genuine Bosch part, sold untested as no test bench is available. Housing undamaged, embossing sharp, no cracks, no corrosion. The flat connectors are slightly tarnished, but not bent.
Function and location
The time relay controls an electric power antenna on a timed basis. When the radio is switched on, it applies voltage to the antenna motor and extends the mast; when switched off, it reverses the polarity and retracts it again. After the built-in run time elapses, it cuts the motor current so that the antenna motor does not stall at the end stop.
It is installed within reach of the antenna motor and the radio control line, usually in the trunk behind the side trim or on the relay carrier inside the cabin. It is connected via four 6,3 mm flat connectors, and mounted via the plastic mounting tab.

- The antenna does not extend when the radio is switched on
- The antenna does not retract again when switched off
- The antenna motor keeps running at the end stop instead of switching off on a timed basis
