Function and location
Replaceable plastic lens for the 3-chamber tail light: yellow turn signal, red brake and tail light, plus a separate window for the number plate light. The window is designed as an interchangeable insert: a clear lens fitted means with number plate light, a red cover plate means without. Both inserts are included. Only the lens is replaced – the housing, bulb holder and wiring remain on the vehicle (bulbs P21W/R10W).
The lens sits at the rear of tractors, trailers, construction machinery or classic commercial vehicles on the Hella 2SE 002 578 surface-mount light – usable on both left and right.
