Condition of this part
NOS in the original box with undamaged seal, unused. Housing, impeller and pulley are free of corrosion and scratch marks. The box shows creases and tape residue.
Function and location
The water pump circulates the coolant between the engine block, cylinder head and radiator and keeps the operating temperature constant. It is not driven by a V-belt but directly by the timing belt; the pulley has 19 teeth. The housing is die-cast aluminium, and the six-vane impeller is metal. A gasket set with two gaskets is included.
It sits at the front, or on the side, of the engine block under the timing belt cover, and is bolted via the flange's bolt circle as well as a separate mounting foot.
