Complete seal and oil seal kit for overhauling the hydraulic power steering box (recirculating ball steering). The kit replaces all pressure-bearing and static sealing points in the steering box housing, on the steering spindle, control valve and pitman shaft in one go. Typical reasons for replacement are oil loss at the steering box, a leaking pitman shaft, falling power steering pressure, and stiff or uneven power steering assistance.
Installation location: In the power steering box, the so-called steering box, on the left side of the vehicle below the steering spindle connection. Installation is carried out on the removed and disassembled steering box.
Condition: New part from old stock (NOS). Original packaging present, age-related yellowing and storage marks. The kit itself is unused and has never been fitted.

⚠ Risk of confusion with similar numbers
There are several power steering box parts with different numbers. The idler arm has the number 111 586 00 46 (similar, but a different function). The power steering pumps have the numbers 000 586 52 46 or 000 586 55 46. Our number for the seal kit is 1095860046. Compare the number of your old part carefully to avoid mix-ups.
⚠ Does not fit:
  • Vehicles with purely mechanical steering without power steering
  • W109, W110, W112 – not confirmed in the current factory parts catalog. Please ask before buying.
