The radiator grille of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class W203 in the Elegance/Avantgarde trim with horizontal chrome slats channels cooling air to the radiator and carries the Mercedes star in the center.
It is installed at the front center of the front fascia, clipped and bolted in.
