Vehicle system and function
Seals the transmission input shaft toward the clutch bell housing so that no transmission oil reaches the clutch. The seal has return grooves and a garter spring, but no dust lip.
Installation location: In the front transmission housing cover, on the guide tube of the release bearing, of the GL 68/20 manual transmission (4- and 5-speed). 1 pc is required.
Condition: New old stock, never installed, in the original Mercedes-Benz box (old diamond pattern, handwritten “007 997 15 47”, printed “Made in Germany” and “CFW”), slightly stained. Seal made of brown elastomer with ribbed rubber outer shell, return grooves and garter spring, without dust lip. Embossed Mercedes star, “007 997 15 47”, “CFW”, “29,9-47-8/7”, “W.-Germany” and a rotation arrow. Dimensions 29,9 × 47 × 8 mm. 4 pcs in stock. Price applies per piece.
