Function and location

The wiper relay 192 is an electronic control relay (module) for the automatic wipe/wash interval system, version with rain sensor. It processes the rain sensor signal and uses it to control the interval and wipe speed as well as the washer pump. Designed for 12 V with a 16-pin connector.

The relay is installed in the relay carrier of the central electrics behind the dashboard, or in the footwell relay box on the driver's side.
