Vehicle system and function
The control unit engages and disengages the A/C compressor's electromagnetic clutch. Inside the housing, in addition to the relay, there are a diode and a capacitor.
Installation location: Audi S2 (engine ABY): auxiliary relay carrier, slot 4 (“Relay for air conditioning”). VW Passat B5: central electrics or relay carrier.
Condition: Used genuine part with normal signs of use on the housing (Stribel 899519, 12 V 40 A, made in Hungary, date 23.02.1998). Four blade terminals, some with patina. There are 14 pcs with the same relay and part number available, one unit is pictured – supplier and date markings may differ. Price applies per piece.
